PCC an Alternative to TFM <br />PCC = Power Consumption Coefficient <br />= Kwh/Ac. Ft. <br />Under certain situations the SEO will approve the <br />calculation of a PCC to allow calculation of pumpage <br />utilizing power records. <br />Pursuant to CRS 37- 92 -502b) the State and Division <br />Engineers have the authority to order a company to provide <br />records of energy used to pump groundwater (SB 96 -124). <br />Requirements for Utilizing a TFA"CC* <br />Testers: <br />Attend 3 day workshop /class and pass written <br />and field testing examination <br />Obtain annual Approval as a Tester (re- <br />certification every two years) <br />Owners: <br />Re- verify TFM (have field tested every 4 years) _ $ <br />Re- verify PCC (by approved tester every 4 <br />years) _ $ <br />* Currently under the Arkansas River Measurement Rules <br />11 <br />
