PCC an Alternative to TFM
PCC = Power Consumption Coefficient
= Kwh/Ac. Ft.
Under certain situations the SEO will approve the
calculation of a PCC to allow calculation of pumpage
utilizing power records.
Pursuant to CRS 37- 92 -502b) the State and Division
Engineers have the authority to order a company to provide
records of energy used to pump groundwater (SB 96 -124).
Requirements for Utilizing a TFA"CC*
Testers:
Attend 3 day workshop /class and pass written
and field testing examination
Obtain annual Approval as a Tester (re-
certification every two years)
Owners:
Re- verify TFM (have field tested every 4 years) _ $
Re- verify PCC (by approved tester every 4
years) _ $
