Adaptive Management Plan Implementation <br /> Efforts during this period for AMP activities were focused on AMP Reporting session, oversight of <br /> monitoring contractors, specific forage fish,WC, and T&P data analysis, development of materials for <br /> publication and/or peer review, and concluding summer field activities while initiating fall field activities. <br /> For all aspects of Adaptive Management Plan, development of Work Plan and Budget was advanced. <br /> Other specific activities include: <br /> • Coordination and oversight of annual whooping crane monitoring data compilation and analysis. <br /> • Collaboration with WC Telemetry Project and Stop Over study on-going. Fall 2014 Stop-over <br /> preparations commenced. <br /> • Final wrap-up of T&P monitoring efforts for 2014 season completed. <br /> • Coordination with RWBJV for data development and analysis of habitat suitability parameters on- <br /> going. <br /> • Compilation of T&P and Whooping Crane data virtually complete of comprehensive, uniform data <br /> sets, in final QA/QC process. <br /> • Analysis of T&P breeding pair and Whooping Crane site selection data in intensive phase. <br /> Significant staff time being dedicated to this activity. <br /> • Oversight of website and database management system development and maintenance <br /> activities. <br /> • Coordination of proposed peer review/publication subjects and timeline with TAC and GC on- <br /> going. <br /> • Efforts for moving forward with Target Flow analysis on-going with Special Advisor tasked with <br /> developing a timeline, personnel, and budget framework for the process. <br /> • Revision of EDO authored papers on FSM in response to comments from ISAC and TAC <br /> completed, but addition of an additional chapter have initiated the review cycle on that paper. <br /> Peer review should commence in fourth quarter.. <br /> • Forage fish analysis and draft article in review process. <br /> • Design of wetlands at DeBore and Leihs tracts on-going <br /> • Considerable staff time has been directed toward organization, attendance, and presentations at <br /> the AMP Reporting session of October 14-16. <br /> • Attendance and participation at CAMNET rendezvous in Trinity River Basin October 6-9. <br /> Outreach and Operations <br /> • Routine daily operations associated with management and support of EDO staff, acquisition of <br /> supplies and equipment, oversight of consultant and contractor contracts and payment, <br /> maintenance of property files, coordination of meeting logistics, and general administration of <br /> Program. <br /> • Coordination of Work Plan and Budget efforts for presentation to Advisory Committees and FC. <br /> • Attendance and exhibitor at South Platte Forum, October 22-23 at Longmont, CO. <br /> • Presentation to Nebraska Natural Legacy conference on October 9 in Scottsbluff, NE. <br /> ZLI r jl lor<,/ 14 <br /> Jerry F.
