This Invoice No.9, Headwaters 04.03, includes effort for <br />preparing a journal article addressing aspects of the FSM adaptive management, and presenting <br />the subject at the Omaha meeting on October 14 and 15, 2014. Labor charged to the project <br />consisted of 40 hours spent in preparation of the paper and presentation in September and <br />October, 24 hours in travel and attending the Omaha meeting and 16 hours spent in addressing <br />Brian Bledsoe's early comments.
