<br /> COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD of Denver, Colorado
<br /> of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by these presents
<br /> do es grant and convey unto the said party of the second part, its executors, administrators and
<br /> assigns the following:
<br /> a. One thousand three hundred twenty plus or minus cubic yards (1320 + c.y. )
<br /> of earth fill.
<br /> b. Twenty—five plus or minus cubic yards (25 + c.y.) of coarse drain fill.
<br /> c. Fifty plus or minus cubic yards (50 + c.y.) of fine drain fill.
<br /> d. One hundred fifty—nine plus or minus cubic yards (159 + c.y.) of reinforced
<br /> concrete.
<br /> e. Thirty thousand plus or minus pounds (30,000 + lbs.) of steel reinforcement.
<br /> f. Eighty—three plus or minus linear feet (83 + lin. ft.) of 4—inch diameter
<br /> asbestos cement perforated pressure pipe.
<br /> g. Three hundred thirty—four plus or minus cubic yards (334 + c.y.) of loose
<br /> rock riprap.
<br /> h. One 4.0—foot high by 12.0—foot wide radial gate, breastwall type with all
<br /> appurtenances.
<br /> i. One 48—inch wide by 36—inch high metal slide gate, with all appurtenances.
<br /> j. One 36—inch wide by 24—inch high metal slide gate, with all appurtenances.
<br /> k. One 4—feet 7—inches by 12 feet metal tr'ashrack with all bars and appurtenances.
<br /> 1. Handrail, ladder rungs, and safety rope system attached to the constructed
<br /> structures.
<br /> The above described personal property is situated in Section 25, T37N, R13W
<br /> N.M.P.M. and is more particularly shown on the attached map which is made
<br /> a part of this instrument.
<br /> belonging to us and now in our possession ats in Montezuma County, Colo.
<br /> to have and to hold the same unto the said party of the second part, its executors,administrators and !'
<br /> assigns forever. And the said part y of the first part does , for itself, its
<br /> heirs, executors and administrators, covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part,
