2.6. REVENUE SOURCES <br /> The companies derive most of their revenues from stockholder assessments. <br /> Approximately 77 percent of the LACC shares and 54 percent of CECC shares are owned <br /> by Xcel Energy. About 17 percent of the LACC shares are owned by the CECC. All of the <br /> LACC's and CECC's shares are used in Bent County for irrigation by stockholders or <br /> through leases to local irrigators. <br /> 2.7. PHYSICAL ASSETS <br /> The companies co-own the diversion dam located on the Arkansas River west one mile of <br /> the spillway structure. The two companies also co-own the spillway structure, which is the <br /> subject of this feasibility report. LACC owns approximately 20.2 miles of irrigation canal and <br /> appurtenant structures, while CECC owns approximately 10 miles of canal and appurtenant <br /> structures. <br /> 3.0 WATER RIGHTS <br /> 3.1.
