1 CONCERNING AN ALLOCATION OF REVENUES FROM SALES AND USE TAXES TO
2 THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD CONSTRUCTION FUND.

111, Diverts a percentage of sales and use tax revenues from the
general fund to the Colorado water conservation board
construction fund.
3 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
4 SECTION 1. 39-26-123(2)(b), the introductory portion to
5 39-26-123 (2)(c)(I), and 39-26-123 (2)(c)(I)(B), (2)(c)(I)(C),
6 (2)(c)(I)(D), (2)(c)(I)(E), (2)(c)(I)(F), (2)(c)(I)(G),
7 (2)(c)(II), and(2)(c)(IV), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as
8 amended, are amended, and the said 39-26-123 (2) (c) is further
9 amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH, to read:
10 39-26-123. Receipts - disposition. (2) (b) For the fiscal

11 year commencing July 1, 1979, and for each fiscal year
• 12 thereafter, the state treasurer shall credit an amount equal to
