• • <br /> Second Regular Session <br /> LDO NO. 80 0078/1 HOUSE BILL NO., 1039 <br /> Fifty-second General Assembly <br /> • STATE OF COLORADO Agriculture, Livestock <br /> & Natural Resources <br /> BY REPRESENTATIVES Younglund, Burns, Davoren, Hastings, Hinman, <br /> Lillpop, Reeves, Shoemaker, Spano, and Theos; also SENATORS <br /> McCormick, Clark, and Wham. <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> 1 CONCERNING AN ALLOCATION OF REVENUES FROM SALES AND USE TAXES TO <br /> 2 THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD CONSTRUCTION FUND. <br /> • <br /> Bill Summary <br /> (Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced and <br /> does not necessarily reflect any amendments which may be <br /> subsequently adopted. ) <br /> 111, Diverts a percentage of sales and use tax revenues from the <br /> general fund to the Colorado water conservation board <br /> construction fund. <br /> 3 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> 4 SECTION 1. 39-26-123(2)(b), the introductory portion to <br /> 5 39-26-123 (2)(c)(I), and 39-26-123 (2)(c)(I)(B), (2)(c)(I)(C), <br /> 6 (2)(c)(I)(D), (2)(c)(I)(E), (2)(c)(I)(F), (2)(c)(I)(G), <br /> 7 (2)(c)(II), and(2)(c)(IV), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, as <br /> 8 amended, are amended, and the said 39-26-123 (2) (c) is further <br /> 9 amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH, to read: <br /> 10 39-26-123. Receipts - disposition.
