Second Regular Session 4110 • <br /> LDO NO. 80433/1 SENATE BILL NO. 67 <br /> Fifty-second General Assembly A"P1C RTHRE, <br /> STATE OF COLORADO NATURAL RESOURCES & ENERGY <br /> BY SENATORS Anderson, McCormick , Yost, Bishop, Soash, Clark, <br /> Harding, Hatcher, Hughes, Schaefer, Wham, and Zakhem; <br /> also REPRESENTATIVE Younglund. <br /> A BILL FOR AN ACT <br /> 1 CONCERNING PROJECTS OF THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD. <br /> Bill Summary <br /> (Note: This summary applies to this bill as introduced and <br /> does not necessarily reflect any amendments which may be <br /> subsequently adopted. ) <br /> Lists various water resources and flood control projects to <br /> be constructed in the priority specified, to the extent of funds <br /> available in the Colorado water conservation board construction <br /> fund. <br /> 2 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> 3 SECTION 1. Project authorizations. Pursuant to section <br /> 4 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, there is <br /> 5 hereby authorized to be constructed from such moneys as are or <br /> 6 may become available to the Colorado water conservation board <br /> 7 construction fund, in the priority listed, as nearly as <br /> 8 practicable, and with the sums of money listed for each project, <br /> 9 plus or minus such amounts, if any, as may be justified by reason <br /> 10 of ordinary fluctuations in construction costs as indicated by <br /> 11 engineering cost indices applicable to the types of construction <br /> 12 involved for such projects, the following water resources and <br /> Capital letters indicate new material to be added to existing statute. <br /> Dashes through the words indicate deletions from existing statute. <br />
