The motion.__was—adopted with Mr. Johnson abstaining <br /> because g±-h-t representation o f the_a.__c.l-ie-nt--with an--i-n*er-e-s - =-i n <br /> (2) Chicago Creek <br /> Staff member Dan Merriman reported that, based on <br /> discussions with the Town of Idaho Springs and the Adolph Coors <br /> Company, the staff recommends that action on the final notice for <br /> Chicago Creek and West Chicago Creek be re-noticed in January <br /> 1986 with the Final Notice in March 1986. Mr. Johnston moved, <br /> seconded by Mr. Smith, that the staff recommendation be <br /> approved. The motion was adopted unanimously. <br /> b. Final Notices (Division 5) (Appendix X) <br /> ( 1 ) Summit Count Streams ifs 0 '. _ - <br /> The staff recommended the approval of the Final <br /> Notice for Summit County streams, except the North Fork of the <br /> Snake River and Keystone Gulch. Jay Montgomery, Hal Bishop, <br /> Glenn Porzek, and Stan Cazier, representing various entities, <br /> requested postponement of final notice for some or all of the <br /> Summit County streams. Mr. Lochhead moved, seconded by Mr. <br /> Getches, that the Board approve the - - .//d0�7 <br /> excluding the streams listed in the notice which are locat in <br /> Eagle County. The motion was adopted by a vote of 8 to 2 . <br /> ( 2) Grand County Streams - a� <br /> The staff recommended that the Board approve the <br /> instream flow recommendations as published in the October 1 , <br /> 1985 , Final Notice, with the exception of Middle Fork Ranch <br /> Creek, St. Louis Creek, Iron Creek, Deadhorse Creek, Tipperary <br /> Creek, East Fork Troublesome Creek, and Troublesome Creek. <br /> Mr. Lochhead moved, seconded by Mr. Wright, that the staff <br /> recommendation be approved,.-es KSheepphorn Creek The <br /> motion passed unanimously.
