COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> 823 State Centennial Building <br /> • 1313 Sherman Street <br /> Denver, Colorado. 80203 <br /> November 14, 1979 <br /> NOTICE AND AGENDA <br /> Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Colorado <br /> Water Conservation Board will be held commencing at 10 a.m. in the <br /> Century Room, Cosmopolitan Hotel,, 1780 Broadway, Denver, Colcrado, <br /> on Wednesday, December 5, 1979. <br /> The agenda for the meeting is as follows: <br /> 1. Approval of minutes of previous meetings. <br /> 2. Proposed CWCB construction projects for FY 1980-81. <br /> Note: Project sponsors may, if they wish, speak <br /> for a maximum of 5 minutes . <br /> a. Beaver Park <br /> b. Brook Forest <br /> c. Colorado Springs <br /> d. Kelton heights <br /> e. Limon <br /> f. Lone Tree <br /> g. Manitou Springs <br /> h. Meadow Creek <br /> i. Morrison <br /> j . Olive Street <br /> k. Palisade <br /> 1. Rangely <br /> m. Ute Water District <br /> n. Winter Park <br /> o. Yamcolo <br /> 3. Policy concerning service charges to be assessed project sponsors <br /> I/ (staff recommends 3% for irrigation projects and 4% for all other <br /> projects) . <br /> 4. Policy concerning reimbursement of construction funds for flood <br /> control and recreation projects (staff recommends that such <br /> projects be subject to the same policy to which all other proj- <br /> ects are subject; i.e. , maximum CWCB advance of 50% of construc- <br /> tion costs or $1 million, whichever is less, all of which shall <br /> be reimbursed) . <br />
