Preliminary Notice (Division 5)
(Board members Robbins and Lochhead stated that they had
client interests in certain streams and would abstain
• as appropriate. )
Staff member Dan Merriman discussed the proposed minimum
stream flows being recommended on numerous streams in Water
Division 5. For those streams outside Grand
County, the public review and comment period will run for 90 days
before the Board will take any formal actions on the recommendations.
Following comments by Mr. Wally Rasmussen, Exxon Corporation;
Mr. Stan Cozier, representing Middle Park interests ; and Mr.
Robert Fischer, Denver Water Department; the Board by consensus
agreed to defer formal action on streams in Grand County until
after the Green Mountain Water Sales Environmental Impact State-
ment has been completed.
b.
