e. Approval of Revisions to Akpropriations (Added Item)
Case No. 4-80CW92, Slate River - The Board approved a
final recommendation for the Slate River at its March 17, 1980 ,
meeting. Statements of opposition delaying the case have now
been withdrawn, and the case will be decreed as soon as the
necessary documents have been filed.
Because several statements of opposition have been filed
on behalf of the Board, the Board and Division of Wildlife staffs
have reexamined the data on which this right is based. As a result,
it was recommended that the flows for the three lower reaches be
reduced for a four-month winter period, from December 1 to
March 31. Summer flows will remain unchanged.
Mr. Wright moved, seconded by Mr• Smith, that the Board
uthorize the staff to amend the flows as recommended. Motion
adopted unanimously.
c. Ratification of Stipulations (continued)
(3) Case No. 4-84CW119, Noel E. Andress
(4) Case No. 1-83CW327, South Platte River Greenway Foundation, Inc .
(These cases were scheduled for consideration in Board executive
session and therefore were deferred until completion of the
general session. )
d. Informational Items
(No formal items were presented. )
ice Chairman Robbins adjourned the general session
and announced that the executive session would follow immediately.
First Assistant Attorney General Wendy Weiss stated that
discussion of the above two cases was appropriate for consideration
in executive session. -
Mr. Lochhead moved, seconded by Mr. Smith, that the Board o
into executive session. Motion adopted unanimously.
(3) Case No. 4-84CW119, Noel E. Andress - At the September 14, 1984 ,
Board meeting, the Board ratified a statement of opposition
against this case, a proposed augmentation plan for a sub-
division southeast of Crested Butte.
