Preliminary Notice (Division 5) <br /> (Board members Robbins and Lochhead stated that they had <br /> client interests in certain streams and would abstain <br /> as appropriate. ) <br /> Staff member Dan Merriman discussed the proposed minimum <br /> stream flows being recommended on numerous streams in Water <br /> Division 5. He indicated that this Preliminary Notice constitutes <br /> the start of a public review and comment period that, for those <br /> streams in Grand County, will run until the instream flow issues <br /> associated with the Green Mountain Water Sales Environmental <br /> Impact Statement are resolved. For those streams outside GrarYd <br /> County, the public review and comment period will run for 90 days <br /> before the Board will take any formal actions on the recommendations ® <br /> -11- <br />
