ARCA Annual Meeting 3
December 14, 1993
1 FRANK G. COOLEY: (Chaiiuian) Ladies and gentlemen, I think that it is best
2 that we move along. I would like everyone to stand for just a moment, if you please, before we
3 call the meeting officially to order. Lile—that really is his name, but henceforth he will be known as Chuck—to introduce the
16 Colorado staff including some of the consultants and attorneys here and later we will circulate
17 the attendance list and make some further introductions, further into the meeting.
18 Chuck, if you would, please.
19 DAMES C. LILE: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. First I would like to congratulate
20 my fellow commissioners, particularly Carl Genova and Jim Rogers, for their reappointment to
21 the commission by Governor Romer. Congratulations and thank you for being willing to serve
•22 again.
23 We also have with us Wendy Weiss, from the Attorney General's office, and Dan
24 Neuhold from Water Resources.
