HAYZLETT: Aye. <br /> 11 CHAIRMAN COOLEY: The report has been adopted and the recommendations <br /> 1012 in that report have been approved as well by the Compact Administration. It is time for the <br /> 13 election of officers. <br /> 14 Is there a nomination for Vice-chairman of the Arkansas River Compact <br /> 15 Administration? Pardon me? The Operations <br /> 18 Report. <br /> 19 MR. ROGERS: The Operations Committee met last night, Jim Rogers was <br /> 20 chairman. Randy Hayzlett the Kansas Compact member was there. We heard the Operations <br /> 21 Secretary's report which was in full detail. A very good report. The Committee made a motion <br /> 22 and did approve it, and we have already approved that report here today. And nothing else was <br /> 023 brought up in front of the Operations Committee.
