Since we're on a telephone conference I wonder if we could see if there were comments from either Tom Pointon or Jim it Rogers on the proposal Mr. Pope has made which clarifies the draft resolution we're looking at and certainly affords more clear assurance that there will be agreement in writing in advance of any action taken. 1 Trujillo: Mr. Evans,you anticipated what I wanted to do as soon as I felt the discussion was coming to an end, is ask both of the other representatives from each of the I two states to comment on it, since I feel this is ultimately their decision based on the conversations that take place, they're the ones who have to cast the vote, and I would certainly hope that one,they ask questions, and/or comment on the I discussions taken place thus far. The water's been going down to Garden City for a long time,the recharge to the Ogalalla is probably ... that amount of water is probably irrelevant. and I don't see what they're problem is,but ...
