It is
important that we jointly pursue the State's role at this time in
order to ensure an expeditious transition into Stage II Construction.
To discuss this topic in depth, we would like to suggest a joint
meeting sometime in the near future. We would propose this meeting
in your office, or our office if you desire, possibly on August 16,
17, or 18.
Please advise us as soon as possible if you think such a meeting
would be profitable and the place and time.
Sincerely ours,
qfQkQ
. .
