This Final Notice <br /> constitutes the start of the final 30-day public review and <br /> comment period before the Board will be asked to take formal <br /> action on these recommendations. <br /> Should you wish to comment on the instream flow/natural <br /> lake level recommendations as presented in this Final Notice, <br /> you may do so by writing the staff at the address given above . <br /> It should be noted that while your public appearance at the Board <br /> meeting is welcomed , such an appearance is not necessary in order <br /> for your concerns to be recognized.
