PLATTE RIVER RECOVERY IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM <br /> History Description <br /> On July 1, 1997 the governors of <br /> Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming The Platte River Recovery <br /> and the Secretary of the Interior Implementation Program(Program) <br /> entered into a Cooperative Agree- brings together the states, federal <br /> ment to address the needs of four government, water users and environ- <br /> threatened or endangered species mental groups to work collaboratively <br /> using the Platte River Basin.
