m
8
0
0
of the United States that this commission then stands die-
solved. m'
Zi
D
KR. ARU4: Well, I think we are together on that. My
only point was I think that is the situation we are in
exactly, without taking any precaution to determine that
fact here in the minutes of this meeting. I think that is
our situation, whether or not we do anything -about that.
CHAIRMAN $ IM(ER: quite right.
We have a motion, I think it is. It need not be spelled
out again. Are we ready to act upon that motion? Is there
any further disoussion?
MR. VIDAL: This is just authorizing the editing com-
mittee to edit these two records?
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: That is right. I think we qualified
that this way, assuming that there will be no designated
subsequent meeting of the commission as a whole, assuming
that when we wind up our agenda as planned today and to-
morrow, of course, it we see fit to have another meeting
of the commission as a whole, then I think we will revert
to our normal procedure. Is that clarification proper?
MR. VIDAL: Yee, I don't think we can declare ourselves
dead.
