m
0
0
c
m
0
broad as to *lose the aotivitiee of the commission and to
close any other meetings that might come up under them for
consideration.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: On that point it would be my thought--
0
and I had intended to express this thought somewhat later, m
but I will do it now at this time--going back to Mr. Noe's
point, it is my thought that officially this commission will
not be dissolved until the Compact has been passed by the
Congress and the act of Congress approved by the President
of the United States; in other words, not until the Compact
and become completed by all the
full course an has
run its ful y
has ru. s►P
parties whose action is required, so that the commission would
not be formally dissolved until then.
I hope we don' t have to meet again because of some ob-
stools that might come up in that period, but that has
happened in the course of other Compacts, so I do not con-
sider that the commission will be dissolved; and by that
token I do not interpret Mr. Knapp' s motion to close the
business of this commission unqualifiedly. It only goes to
the completion of these two records for their last records.
MR. KNAPP: Yes, only to the completion of the Compa©t,
assuming that it is completed at this meeting.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: That is right.
