CHAIRMAN KRAMER: The meeting will please be in order.
The first order of business will be the presentation of
and action on the record of the Fifteenth Meeting. I will -'

ask the secretary to report on that subject.
SECRETARY NOE: The Editing Committee, consisting of
the commission chairman, the two state chairmen and myself,
met yesterday afternoon and edited the proposed record of
the Fifteenth Meeting, which is now ready for the consider-
ation of the commission.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: The Fifteenth Meeting was the meeting
held at Colorado Springs in September.
What is your pleasure, gentlemen, with respect to the
secretary' s report?
MR. KNAPP: I move that it be approved as edited.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Is there a second to that motion?
MR. VIDAL: I will second the motion.
CHAIRMAN 'RAKER: You have heard the motion stated. Is
there any discussion' If not, in view of the making of the
motion and the seconding of the motion, I will consider the
motion as adopted. Therefore the record of the Fifteenth
