m
22
0
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: We will reopen the record. --
It is agreed that the recitation of the naming of the
commissioners contained in the single-spaced wording on page 1
0
be changed to read as follows: Henry C. Vidal, Gail L.
Ireland, and Harry B. Mendenhall for Colorado; and George S.
Knapp, Edward F. Arn, William E. Leavitt, and Roland A. Tate
for Kansas.
MR. TATE: That is all in one paragraph, not two?
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: That is all one continuous paragraph.
Does that dispose of that satisfactorily? Is it clear to the
secretary?
SECRETARY NOE: Yes.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Just a minor point oft the record.
(Discussion off the record. )
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Anything else on page 1?
Let us turn now to Article I, which consists of two
paragraphs, A and B. Are there any questions or corrections
to be made therein? Are there any points that require or
justify clarification on the record?
I hear or I sense nothing on Article I, and therefore we
will pass that as being acceptable in its present form.
We will proceed now to Article II. Silence gives consent.
