For the purpose of our <br /> record, since that time i have received, and perhaps some of <br /> you others have, a copy of an executive order by the Governor <br /> of Colorado dated November 16, and that executive order has <br /> been made the subject of a resolution by the Colorado Water <br /> Conservation Board at its meeting here on December 10. <br /> I think that course of action disposes of the matter, <br /> but it should be brought officially and formally upon our <br /> reoord, and since it is a Colorado matter, I will ask Mr. Vidal <br /> to present it formally. <br /> MR. VIDAL; Well, Mr. Chairman, I have here for the record <br /> a signed oopy of the executive order of the Governor. <br /> (Mr. Vidal thereupon read the executive order of the <br /> Governor of Colorado. ) <br /> KR.
