In other words, it will amount to a correction of <br /> the record as edited ,and adopted previously. Will someone <br /> be good enough, if they feel that that is proper action, <br /> to state a motion to that effect. <br /> MR. KNAPP: It seems to me, Mr. Knapp, that that should <br /> be approved. I vent over that letter myself, and the changes <br /> were as you stated merely matters of detail. <br /> I move, therefore, that the action of the secretary in <br /> incorporating those changes in his final copy of the record <br /> be approved. <br /> CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Is there a second? <br />
