I will have to <br /> defer the Bureau of Reclamation letter until we get the <br /> 0 <br /> copies of the letter. <br /> I want to point out one other thing here in General <br /> Feringa's letter, which presumably now is in everyone's m <br /> w <br /> possession, which lists the important changes that they <br /> suggest. <br /> Me makes reference in the third paragraph of his letter <br /> to certain other minor changes in wording to clarify the <br /> change which he discussed with members of his staff and the <br /> staff of the Chief of Engineers. I have notes on this, and <br /> I will present them in due course, so that his letter does <br /> not contain all of the changes that emanate from the office <br /> of the Chief of Engineers. There will be some additional <br /> ones which I will present as we go through. <br /> Let us than take up page 1, and so far as I know no <br /> Federal agency has any note with respect to page 1. <br /> M.R. IRELAND: Might I raise a point here? I could not <br /> find in my office a copy of the eleventh meeting, which, <br /> according to my recollection, was the time we had something <br /> from Governor Inoue in which he gave us direct authorization <br /> to proceed with three or more Compact commissioners. If we <br /> do not have something like that, I think that should be <br /> secured before we get through, in order to clear up the <br />
