They had already taken measures to clear that channel m <br /> of Cheyenne Creek, and I as told by Mr. Wilson, the pr-es - j <br /> deft of the company, that they intend to .enlarge that <br /> channel so that the Frontier Ditch can take its water out <br /> of Cheyenne Creek. <br /> That does not involve the drainage out of Cheyenne <br /> Creek into the river. Originally the Frontier Ditoh had <br /> a ditch from the river. That was never recognised, of <br /> course. That is the present plan for our operation. <br /> However, the water is Colorado water, and is taken Out <br /> in Kansas. <br /> CHAIRMAN KRAMER: The resulting question is whether <br /> that water is part of Kansas' share under this Compact. <br /> MR.
