LEAVITT: I would say close to 100,000 sore-feet. N <br /> MR. ARN: That is about 40,000 acre-feet less than there <br /> was at the time of our July meeting, as of July 29. <br /> MR. VIDA ; Didn't Kansas make a demand about ten days <br /> ago? <br /> MR. ARN: The second of September. <br /> MR. YIDAL: They increased the release and then there <br /> was a cloudburst on the creek and also on the north side of <br /> the river, and they cancelled the demand immediately. <br /> MR. LEAVITT: Yes, we have made more cancellations than <br /> we have requests. <br /> CHAIRMAN KRAMER: That is a very healthy condition, <br /> but it does not simplify the operation of the Compact in <br /> that similar conditions could not be guaranteed in the <br /> future.
