We have for
action first the record of the eighth meeting, which took
place in April in Denver. Action on that record was held in
abeyance the last time because the Department of the Interior
had not yet returned the edited transcript which had been sent
to them. The edited transcript has since been returned and
the Editing Committee, consisting of the State Chairmen and
myself, have made the necessary changes and editing of the
record which will enable the Secretary now to report thereon.
Mr. Noe,
MR. NOE: As the Chairman has indicated, the Chairman
of the Commission and the two State Chairmen met along with
the Secretary yesterday to further edit that part of the
April, 1947, transcript which involved the testimony of the
representatives of the Federal Agencies, and that completes
the editing of the April 10 and April 11 record of the Com-
mission, and it is now ready for action by the Commission,
for adoption or revision, as they see fit.
Do you want me to proceed with the June meeting?
