ARN: Yes, I will oast the vote for Kansas in the
absence of our chairman, Mr. Knapp.
CHAIRMAN KRAMER: Momentarily absent. The motion is
carried.
I would like to have your thoughts now as to any
specific procedure that you may have in mind for the actual
meeting with Mr. Gatchell.
Mr. Knapp, during your momentary absence from the room
we &fated on the motion by Mr. Vidal, and Mr. Arn oast the
ballot for Kansas.
Are there any specific suggestions as to the procedure
with fir. Gatohell? Copies of this are available. I will
undertake to furnish him a copy for his perusal this evening,
and I take it that the primary question is what does the
Federal Power Commission think of these clauses, although
questions may arise from that primary question that we can' t
anticipate.
