<br /> easterly course , with windings and sinuosities
<br /> through Sections 26 and 25, Township and Range, last
<br /> aforesaid , and Section 30 of Township 4, North,
<br /> Range 55, West, and terminating at Big Beaver Creek,
<br /> in the South West quarter of the North East quarter
<br /> of Section 30, Township 4, North, Range 55, West.
<br /> Said Company reserves the right and intends to extend
<br /> said branch or diverging ditch by means of a flume
<br /> across Big Beaver Creek, to supply water for
<br /> irrigation purposes, and domestic purposes incidental
<br /> to irrigation, to lands owned by stockholders of said
<br /> Company in Sections 20 and 21, Township 4, North,
<br /> Range 56, West .
<br /> SEVENTH, The uses to which the said water heretofore
<br /> appropriated and hereafter to be acquired , to be
<br /> conveyed by the irrigating canal or canals of this
<br /> Company, is intended to be applied are the irrigation
<br /> of lands lying thereunder , to or in which stock-
<br /> holders of this Company or their lessees, or privies
<br /> in interest, have or shall have title or interest, 1'
<br /> and for domestic purposes incidental to the
