Box 1548 <br /> Berthoud, CO 80573 <br /> Re: Emergency Big Dam Diversion Structure Repair Project C150375 <br /> Ms. Lee: <br /> I am pleased to inform you that on September 12, 2014, the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved <br /> a loan increase for the Emergency Big Dam Diversion Structure Repair Project of $242,400 ($240,000 for <br /> project costs and $2,400 for the 1% Loan Service Fee) for a new loan not to exceed $1,858,400 <br /> ($1,840,000 for project costs and $18,400 for the 1% Loan Service Fee). The loan terms shall remain as <br /> three (3)years of no interest starting January 1, 2014, followed by 27 years at 1.95% per annum. <br /> I have attached a copy of the updated Board memo dated September 12, 2014, that includes the Board's <br /> approval. <br /> As you are aware, an amended contract must be in place before funds can be disbursed. Peg Mason will <br /> initiate the loan amendment process.
