My staff has reviewed the settlement terms proposed in the above-referenced case.
The Applicant has proven, to the satisfaction of the Staff, that it has exercised reasonable
diligence in the development of the conditional water rights awarded to the City of Longmont
White Water Course for the flow rates (up to 350 cfs) not yet made absolute by this or previous
decrees.
