The Applicant's proposed Recreational In-Channel Diversions("RICD") <br /> may materially impair the ability of Colorado's ability to promote maximum utilization <br /> of the waters of the State. <br /> b. The CWCB is concerned whether the Applicant has properly perfected <br /> the RICD water right for the three subject structures decreed in Case No.2-04CW129. <br /> c. The Applicant does not present sufficient information to fully evaluate <br /> whether certain flows were requested. <br /> • <br />
