If you feel this project addresses multiple purposes please explain. <br /> The Gore Canyon Whitewater Park at Pumphouse is one small but critically important part of the <br /> multi-purpose Colorado River Cooperative Agreement between Grand County,Denver Water and <br /> about 30+west slope water providers and organizations. Grand County,Denver Water,Eagle <br /> County,Summit County, Eagle River water providers,Vail Resorts and others have already signed {. <br /> the agreement that was touted by Governor Hickenlooper as"a new way of doing business in <br /> Colorado." This project supports the collaborative Wild &Scenic Stakeholders Group process and <br /> helps protect the Outstandingly Remarkable Value(ORV)for recreational float boating in segments <br /> 4 and 5 of the Upper Colorado River. <br /> 3.
