Provides complex hydraulic <br /> and hydrologic engineering analyses as required in the development of <br /> new instream recommendations and in the appropriation of instream <br /> flow water rights. Reviews plans for augmentation and changes of <br /> water rights and other special studies such as Wild and Scenic River <br /> Proposals, Environmental.Impact Statements and FERC Permits to <br /> determine if there is injury to state held instream flow water rights. <br /> 1989 - 1990 Advanced Sciences Inc. Lakewood, CO <br /> Provided technical assistance in a number of water resources <br /> hydrologic,hydraulic,and water rights investigations,environmental <br /> baseline and engineering studies in Colorado, Wyoming,Nevada, <br /> Arizona,and Wisconsin. Participated in preparation of the biology <br /> portions of an EIS for terrestrial and aquatic species including the <br /> Lahontan cutthroat trout in northeastern Nevada. <br /> 1987 - 1989 Insitu, Inc Lakewood, CO <br /> Provided technical assistance in a number of water resources <br /> hydrologic, hydraulic,and water rights investigations, environmental <br /> baseline and engineering studies in Colorado. <br /> EDUCATION 1981 - 1986 University of Colorado Boulder, CO <br /> Environmental,Population and Organism Biology <br /> • With special emphasis on water resources. <br />
