RULE 26(A)(2) - <br /> The Colorado Water Conservation Board ("CWCB"), the Colorado Division <br /> of Wildlife ("DOW") and the State Engineer and Division Engineer for Water <br /> Division 6 (the "Engineers"), by and through the Attorney General for the State of <br /> Colorado and the undersigned Assistant Attorney General, hereby files this Motion <br /> for Extension of Time to submit their disclosures pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2). And <br /> as grounds, state the following: <br /> 1. Conferences, Board meetings and other work load commitments have made <br /> staff unavailable to confer and prepare Expert Disclosures. Additional time will also <br /> allow for further exploration of settlement with the Applicant. <br /> 2. The additional time requested is within the same time frame requested by <br /> another Opposer. <br /> 3. A call has been placed to the Applicant's counsel but a response has not yet <br /> been received. <br />
