Hydrologic information necessary to make determinations <br /> about boater safety, impacts on diversion and return structures, spring runoff <br /> impacts, and low level flows on fish survivability are lacking such that any <br /> complete analysis is difficult. In addition to the above,proponents need to <br /> provide a permitting and construction timetable, a discussion as to how <br /> construction is intended to proceed specific to whether the whitewater park is to <br /> Board of Land Commissioners•Division of Reclamation,Mining&Safety•Colorado Geological Survey <br /> Oil&Gas Conservation Commission•Colorado State Parks•Division of Forestry <br /> Water Conservation Board•Division of Water Resources•Division of Wildlife <br />
