I also did <br /> not submit a bid for the design or construction, so these comments are not offered due to <br /> "professional competition"reasons. I would like to see all of the objectives met not only <br /> for the people of Pagosa,but for the river as well, and I think they can...but not with the <br /> present plan I have reviewed. <br /> David L.
