The bill <br /> vas passed by the House Natural Resources Committee on April 23 and placed on the House calendar for <br /> action. <br /> Attached to this memo are the Committee report(House Report 107 416) and a letter from the Colorado <br /> Department of Natural Resources to Rep. McInnis. In general, there are two outstanding issues: access and <br /> instream flow protection.
