• <br /> Adaptive Management Plan Implementation <br /> Efforts during this period for AMP activities were focused on oversight of monitoring contractors, specific <br /> WC and T&P data analysis, development of materials for publication and/or peer review, and conducting <br /> summer field activities. Specific activities include: <br /> • Coordination and oversight of annual whooping crane monitoring data compilation and analysis. <br /> • Collaboration with WC Telemetry Project and Stop Over study on-going. <br /> • Coordination of USGS contractors and participation in T&P monitoring efforts comp;leted for 2014 <br /> season Staff time includes oversight, land surveys, and river surveys. Significant staff time <br /> required for this activity. <br /> • Oversight of website and database management system development and maintenance <br /> activities. <br /> • Coordination with RWBJV for data development and analysis of habitat suitability parameters at <br /> TAC's request on-going. <br /> • Compilation of T&P and Whooping Crane data virtually complete of comprehensive, uniform data <br /> sets, in final QA/QC process. <br /> • Analysis of T&P and Whooping Crane data in intensive phase. Significant staff time being <br /> dedicated to this activity. <br /> • Coordination of proposed peer review/publication subjects and timeline with various parties with <br /> very different opinions, leading to scope of work for third-party, neutral contractor. <br /> • Data collected in association with check structures to create water retention capability in Morse <br /> tract wetlands compiled and analyzed, memo developed, path forward options being explored. <br /> • Discussions regarding moving forward with Target Flow analysis on-going initiated with TAC and <br /> GC. <br /> • Revision of EDO authored papers on FSM in response to comments from ISAC and TAC <br /> completed and distributed for review. Comments on revised draft addressed.
