SECTION 2. Section 5 of chapter 405, Session Laws of
Colorado 1983, is amended to read:
Section 5. Project priorities. (1) Notwithstanding the
project priorities authorized by this or any previous act of
the Colorado general assembly, the Colorado water conservation
board is directed to proceed, between the effective date of
this act and June 30, ±984 1985, with the construction of the
following authorized projects:

(2) On and after July 1, 1.984 1985, the board shall
proceed with the construction of authorized projects in the
order of priority as originally enacted.
SECTION 3. Part IV (1) (N) of section 2 of chapter 31,
Session Laws of Colorado 1975, is amended to read:
