Project authorizations. (1) (a) Pursuant to <br /> section 37-60-122 (1) (b), Colorado Revised Statutes, the <br /> Colorado water conservation board is hereby authorized to <br /> construct, or cause to be constructed, the following water <br /> resources projects: <br /> Maximum <br /> .
