Those counties are: <br /> Eagle Larimer Otero Rio Blanco <br /> Garfield Logan Pitkin Yuma <br /> In addition to the 8 primary counties, 21 additional counties were named as contiguous <br /> disaster areas where eligible family farmers may qualify for FSA EM physical and <br /> production loss loan assistant,pursuant to section 321 (a) of the Consolidated Farm <br /> and Rural Development Act.
