The attached <br /> Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the 2005 augmentation accounting and LLWU leasing <br /> of water supplies for replacement and augmentation. The Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen <br /> details the amount of funds being requested through this Grant for LLWU lease of augmentation <br /> water during the 2005 water year. The total Grant amount requested for reimbursement to LLWU <br /> for 2005 is $145,301. <br /> The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br /> --Financial statement for 2005 <br /> --Official drought disaster declarations for 2005 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which <br /> includes Logan County. <br /> As President of the Lower Logan Well Users, Inc., I am the primary contact person for this grant <br /> request and will be responsible for signing the Grant contract.
