Jon Altenhofen, PE, supervisory <br /> water resources engineer with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District completed the <br /> accounting for these operations in 2005. The attached Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details <br /> the 2005 augmentation accounting and SCWU leasing of water supplies for replacement and <br /> augmentation. The Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the amount of funds being <br /> requested through this Grant for SCWU lease of augmentation water during 2005. The total Grant <br /> amount requested for reimbursement to SCWU for 2005 is $18,079. <br /> The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br /> --Financial statement for 2005. <br /> --Official drought disaster declaration for 2005 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which <br /> includes Sedgwick County. <br /> As President of the Sedgwick County Well Users, Inc., I am the primary contact person for this <br /> grant request and will be responsible for signing the Grant contract.
