Jon <br /> Altenhofen, PE, supervisory water resources engineer with the Northern Colorado Water <br /> Conservancy District completed the accounting for these operations in 2003 and 2004. The <br /> attached Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the 2003 and 2004 augmentation accounting <br /> and SCWU leasing of water supplies for replacement and augmentation. The Memorandum from <br /> Mr. Altenhofen details the amount of funds being requested through this Grant for SCWU lease of <br /> augmentation water during the 2003 and 2004 drought periods. The total Grant amount requested <br /> for reimbursement to SCWU for 2003 and 2004 combined is $91,830. <br /> The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br /> --Financial statements for 2003 and 2004 from Julian W.
