Kiowa and Lincoln <br /> counties will be named as contiguous disaster counties due to losses caused by <br /> drought that began.on July 1,2003. <br /> 2 County Office Action <br /> A Designation Dates <br /> This designation makes all family-sized farm operators in primary and contiguous <br /> counties eligible to be considered for low interest emergency loans from FSA, <br /> provided eligibility requirements are met.
