Box 1172 Deputy Director <br /> Sterling, CO 80751 <br /> The Applicant has applied for an Agricultural Emergency Drought Response grant from <br /> the Colorado Water Conservation Fund's Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base <br /> Account pursuant to Senate Bill 02S-001 which provides loans or grants to agricultural <br /> organizations for emergency drought-related water augmentation purposes. <br /> Pursuant to the conditions of Senate Bill 02S-001, the Applicant is an agricultural <br /> organization and the Applicant's area has received an emergency drought designation or • <br /> a disaster emergency has been proclaimed due to drought. <br /> Therefore, the Director of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the State <br /> Engineer have consulted with the Commissioner of Agriculture and the Executive Director <br /> of the Department of Natural Resources, and agree to award a grant in the amount of <br /> 193 085 to said Applicant. <br /> $ pp <br /> Rod Kuharich, Director D.
