SUBJECT: Finance Committee Meeting - September 26, 2013
The purpose of the Finance Committee Meeting is to review applications for Construction Fund -
Non-reimbursable Project Investment funding and review loan applications over $10 million. If
• approved, staff will put these items on the November(or possibly January) Board Meeting Agenda.
Upon final approval by the full Board, the items will be included in the 2014 CWCB Projects Bill.
The Project Manager and/or Section Chief will be present to answer any questions the Committee
may have regarding NRI applications.
In addition, staff will guide the discussion on potential changes to statutes as they relate to
managing/operating the Construction Fund and the Severance Tax Perpetual Base Fund. Staff will
also exchange ideas with the Board related to the use and distribution of WSRA Statewide Grant
funds.
