Please include estimated Study, <br /> Planning, Engineering, and Construction costs, if known: <br /> A copy of the budget for the proposed project is attached. As you can see, it is a six year project. <br /> Beginning in 2007 and extending through 2012. Most of the costs will be incurred during the first <br /> two years of the project. This is due to the fact that the fen harvesting equipment, the transportation <br /> equipment, the receiver sites, and the fen harvesting will all be completed in the first two years. Then <br /> years three, four, five and six primarily involved monitoring of the relocated fen and the harvested <br /> area. The estimated total cost of the project is $964,864. <br />
